I must admit that the new Ertugrul character was a total flop. I was very disappointed to see character being changed with someone who didnt even come close to the energy that we all had gotten used to in Ertugrul series. Thumbs down, this is going to hurt the Osman series. The actors just are not of the same caliber as in Ertugrul. Almost feels as if the producers and directors have the Ertugrul success for granted and thought audience will take whatever we throw their way….disappointing to say the least.

I am sorry to say that the producers of Kurlus Osman have completely destroyed the inheritance of this play. They should have pushed Engin to play that role. Surprisingly Burak has done a great job in the play so far himself but the preference should have been given to the actors who played the same role in the previous Eurtugel. If it was done just to please one actor ego it’s a bad strategy..if all the other actors that acted in the earlier play were there then this play would have got a better recognition globally because the love that audience had with the actors that played in Ertugrul…pity..

Sorry to give you only 5 stars out of 10 but it’s just because you’re ruining the character of the great Ertugrul. Showing him such weak is a disgrace. People were attached with Engin Altan playing that role and the character is supposed to be powerful and full of wisdom like there is no one in that era better than him. It’s such a disgrace to show him that weak. Give him shahadah in honour rather than showing him like this. Hope you would take some action and redo it. Sorry if my words hurt someone.
